Landscape design services are custom professional services tailored to your specific project. Due to the personalized nature of our work, the following policies apply:
If you cancel a design project before any design work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any consultation fees already incurred.
Once design work has begun, cancellation policies are as follows:
Design revisions are included as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included number may incur additional fees. Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in your agreement.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method.
